New OTP App has more protection

What's new?: Using SMS registering with mobile OTP App, users need to submit cell phone number to Lenovo OTP Self-Service Platform firstly.
Why?: System will send SMS verification code to the registered cell phone, which increases the security of user account.
Any impact?: No change to current users. Re-registration requires the latest version of OTP App.
